All prices are listed in South African Currency (Rand). Payment is due at the time of order.
5. Order process
To order, please follow these simple steps:
- On our website click shop.
- You will be required to create an account or continue as a guest.
- Click on the item you want to purchase.
- Choose colour, quantity and click add to cart.
- Click your cart at the top right.
- Click checkout at the bottom.
- You will be taken to a site where you will add your personal information such as email address and shipping address for shipping purposes.
- Scroll to the bottom and “place order”
- The website will take you to a secured Ozow website for payment.
- You will receive an update via email.
- Your order will be processed with 3-5 business days.
- Online Shopping
- Adding items to a cart or wish list doesn’t constitute a valid order. Only when goods are paid for.
- Payment is due at the time of purchase.
- A customer is not liable for items becoming unavailable or price changes before checkout.
- In the event that a product becomes unavailable after checkout, the customer will be offered the option to substitute with a similar product or receive a full refund, which will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- All prices include shipping.
